Rory Ricord - Tried Resolving Issue
I joined the program in December 2018 and first called to cancel on Feb. 8, 2019.
My first monthly charge for web would have been Feb. 18, 2019. On Feb. 23rd I noticed a charge of $28.95 and called inquiring.
I was told my account was closed and I should not have been charged. After 4 additional calls, I'm still being told my account is closed and I should not have been charged the monthly fee.
Problem is, it is now almost June and $28.95 has not been refunded.
I do not like leaving negative comments and try to resolve issues directly, but since it seems this program is not interested in being fair, I feel justified in leaving a negative comment.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $29.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Rory Ricord Cons: Not as first advertised.

We have been unable to locate this client of ours. Even with this being so long ago, if cancellation was done prior to the hosting terms...
